Today, FunnelFLARE has released a new feature inside our Chrome extension that makes it easier for SMS power users to send and receive text messages from customers.
The new “Messages” view shows all your messages and lets you read & reply to messages from your computer as well as call, email, or view the prospect contact page. If you’ve used Whatsapp Web, Apple iMessage, or Google’s Android Messages, you’ll be familiar with the concept and layout.
Easy to use Text Messaging for Sales
Unlike a basic text messaging app, FunnelFLARE Messages supports switching between different phone numbers to text out, it automatically encodes outgoing links so you can track when prospects click on links, Message activity or content can be used to trigger different sales & email sequences, and it can also log incoming and outgoing SMS messages to your CRM.
